Keep the equipment moving Bring the worn header, damaged shaft, custom mount, rotating assembly, or prototype.
Repair work and agricultural products have separate paths below.
Who we support
Growers, equipment owners, dealers, and teams working against the season. Timing, fit, wear, residue, alignment, and unavailable parts all matter when equipment has to keep moving.
Growers Equipment owners Farm shops Dealers Agricultural OEMs Product partners Capabilities for this market
Repair it. Modify it. Make the part. A worn assembly may need machining, straightening, fabrication, balancing, hydraulics, or CAD work.
Agricultural equipment repair Practical repair and modification for equipment, assemblies, and worn components. ↗ Headers & augers Rebuilding, straightening, alignment, flighting, hinge, crack, and wear-related work. ↗ Dynamic balancing Rotating agricultural components reviewed where vibration and balance matter. ↗ Precision machining Replacement parts, shafts, sleeves, repair machining, and hard-to-source components. ↗ Fabrication & welding Custom mounts, frames, repairs, assemblies, and agricultural product development. ↗ CAD & design 3D scanning, modeling, drawings, and fit-up planning for equipment-specific work. ↗ 3D printing Prototypes, rapid tooling, fit checks, and physical evaluation before conventional manufacturing. ↗ Hydraulics Cylinder repair support for agricultural and mobile equipment applications. ↗ View capabilities → Problems we help solve

Case IH 715 Quadtrac tank mounts Custom tank mounts combined 3D scanning, CAD design, and heavy fabrication for a clean final installation.
Problem A Case IH 715 Quadtrac needed a clean mounting system for 300-gallon side tanks while working around the tractor's existing geometry.
Barnes scope Barnes used 3D scanning and CAD to develop the fit, then fabricated mounts from heavy plate tied into the available mounting points.
Result The completed installation carried a tank on each side with a clean, streamlined arrangement and advanced Barnes' scan-to-design workflow. Case IH is identified only as the equipment manufacturer; no endorsement is implied.
